1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Punora, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Accounts and roles
Punora may include different internal roles such as worker, manager, moderator, admin, and CEO-level access.
- Workers are limited to personal attendance, profile, and assigned shift functions.
- Manager-level users may receive additional workforce management capabilities inside the mobile app.
- Admin and CEO-level users may receive broader company or platform administration rights.
Access level is controlled by account role and company scope. Users must not attempt to bypass those restrictions.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use Punora only for lawful workforce and business operations.
- Do not share access codes or credentials without authorization.
- Do not falsify attendance, shifts, payroll inputs, or work location data.
- Do not interfere with platform security, availability, or other tenants.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform data.
4. Attendance and location
Attendance workflows in Punora may rely on assigned shifts, approved work locations, and device location services. Customers are responsible for configuring shifts, employee roles, and location rules correctly.
Punora helps verify attendance, but customers remain responsible for their own workforce policies, payroll decisions, and legal compliance.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Paid plans, trial periods, and platform access may depend on the active subscription selected by the customer. Features may vary by plan, including storage of payroll history, automation, and advanced admin workflows.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may reduce access to certain features or lead to account suspension according to platform policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is inactive, unpaid, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or creates security or operational risk.
Customers may also request account deletion under the process described on the account deletion page.
7. Liability
Punora is provided on an “as available” basis. While we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the platform will be error-free in every situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punora and Bataflow are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
