This Disclaimer explains the limits of responsibility for Punora and what remains the responsibility of the customer using the platform.
1. General disclaimer
Punora is a workforce management platform. It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, payroll advice, or regulatory advice.
2. Payroll and compliance
Any payroll, attendance, overtime, salary, tax, pension, or insurance figures shown inside Punora are operational tools only.
- Customers remain responsible for validating payroll outputs.
- Customers remain responsible for labor law compliance.
- Customers remain responsible for tax, pension, and insurance obligations.
If your team uses platform-generated salary or payroll data, you should still review it internally or with a qualified accountant or advisor.
3. Attendance and geofence accuracy
Attendance and geofence verification may be affected by device settings, GPS quality, operating system restrictions, connectivity conditions, and incorrect shift or location configuration.
4. Service availability
We work to keep Punora stable, but maintenance windows, third-party provider issues, network interruptions, or technical errors may affect availability from time to time.
5. Customer responsibility
- Assign the correct roles and permissions to each user.
- Configure work locations, shifts, and schedules correctly.
- Review reports and payroll calculations before acting on them.
- Operate the platform in line with internal policy and local law.
