This Privacy Policy explains how Punora collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when companies, managers, and workers use the platform.
1. Data controller
Punora is operated by Bataflow. For privacy requests, questions, or account deletion requests, contact bata@bataflow.app.
2. What we collect
- Full name, phone number or login email.
- Role, department, position, language preference, and avatar.
- Assigned shifts, schedules, work locations, and attendance history.
- Check-in and check-out timestamps and related session history.
- Authentication metadata, support logs, and limited technical records for security.
3. How we use data
- To provide login, account access, and workforce management features.
- To verify attendance, shift assignment, and location compliance.
- To support managers creating employees, locations, and schedules.
- To generate work summaries, payroll workflows, and audit history.
- To detect abuse, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform.
4. Location data
Punora may process location data when a worker performs check-in or check-out through the mobile application. This is used only to verify whether the user is inside the allowed radius of an assigned work location.
5. Sharing and processors
We may use infrastructure, hosting, database, analytics, email, or support providers to operate Punora. Data is shared only when necessary to run the service, secure the platform, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve operational history, and comply with legal, tax, payroll, accounting, or security obligations.
