1. Overview

Vej Pilot DK helps drivers with live speed display, radar community reports, and driving insights.
We are privacy-first and minimize data collection.

2. What Data We Process

A) Location Data (GPS)

  • Used to show live speed and map/radar context.
  • Used when you submit a radar report.
  • Processed on-device for core live features.

B) Radar Community Data (Supabase backend)

When radar reporting is enabled, the app may send:

  • report type (speed control, camera van, accident, roadwork, traffic)
  • report coordinates (latitude/longitude)
  • timestamps and confidence/vote counters
  • anonymous device hash (for abuse prevention and report confirmation logic)

C) Local Device Data (stored only on your phone)

  • Safe Drive stats (streak, safe km, saved fines events)
  • local app preferences and UI settings
  • local temporary caches

3. What We Do **Not** Collect

  • No account login data
  • No name, phone number, or direct personal profile
  • No continuous cloud history of your full trips for core speed feature

4. Purposes of Processing

We process data only to:

  • provide live speed/radar/navigation features
  • improve reliability of community radar reports
  • show local driving insights and statistics
  • maintain app security and prevent spam/abuse

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the EU/EEA, processing is based on:

  • Consent (location permissions you grant in OS settings)
  • Legitimate interest (service integrity, anti-abuse, basic diagnostics)

You can withdraw location access at any time in device settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers only as needed to run the app:

  • Supabase (backend/database for radar community features)
  • Apple / Google platform infrastructure

7. Data Retention

  • Local app statistics remain on your device unless you clear app data/uninstall.
  • Radar reports in backend are time-limited and managed with expiry logic.
  • Minimal technical logs may be retained for security/operations for limited periods.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and minimal data design. No system is 100% risk-free, but we continuously improve controls.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. To exercise rights, contact: **bata@bataflow.app**

10. Children

Vej Pilot DK is not intended for children under 13 (or higher local digital age). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

11. International Use and Radar Legality

Traffic/radar warning laws vary by country. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.

Vi arbejder efter et privacy-first princip og indsamler mindst muligt data.

2. Hvilke data vi behandler

A) Lokationsdata (GPS)

  • Bruges til live hastighed og kort/radar-funktioner.
  • Bruges når du indsender en radarrapport.
  • Behandles lokalt på enheden for kernefunktioner.

B) Radar-fællesskabsdata (Supabase backend)

Når radar-funktionen bruges, kan appen sende:

  • rapporttype (fartkontrol, fotovogn, ulykke, vejarbejde, kø)
  • koordinater (latitude/longitude)
  • tidsstempler og confidence/vote-tællere
  • anonym device hash (anti-misbrug og bekræftelseslogik)

C) Lokale enhedsdata (kun på din telefon)

  • Safe Drive statistik (streak, sikre km, sparede bøde-events)
  • lokale app-indstillinger og UI-præferencer
  • lokal cache

3. Hvad vi **ikke** indsamler

  • Ingen konto-login-data
  • Intet navn, telefonnummer eller direkte personprofil
  • Ingen fuld cloud-historik over alle dine ture til core speed-funktionen

4. Formål med behandlingen

Data behandles kun for at:

  • levere live hastighed/radar/navigation
  • forbedre kvaliteten af fællesskabsrapporter
  • vise lokal køreindsigt og statistik
  • beskytte tjenesten mod spam/misbrug

5. Retsgrundlag (GDPR)

For brugere i EU/EØS baseres behandling på:

  • Samtykke (lokationstilladelser i OS)
  • Legitim interesse (driftssikkerhed, anti-misbrug, basisdiagnostik)

Du kan til enhver tid trække lokationstilladelse tilbage i enhedsindstillinger.

6. Deling af data

Vi sælger ikke persondata. Data kan behandles af underdatabehandlere, når det er nødvendigt:

  • Supabase (backend/database for radar-fællesskab)
  • Apple / Google platform-infrastruktur

7. Opbevaring

  • Lokal statistik bliver på din enhed, indtil du rydder appdata/afinstallerer.
  • Radarrapporter i backend er tidsbegrænsede og udløber automatisk.
  • Begrænsede tekniske logs kan opbevares midlertidigt af sikkerhedshensyn.

8. Sikkerhed

Vi anvender rimelige tekniske og organisatoriske sikkerhedsforanstaltninger: krypteret transport (HTTPS/TLS), adgangskontrol og dataminimering.

9. Dine rettigheder

10. Børn

Vej Pilot DK er ikke målrettet børn under 13 år (eller højere lokal aldersgrænse). Vi indsamler ikke bevidst persondata om børn.

11. International brug og radar-lovgivning

Lovgivning om trafik/radar-varsling varierer fra land til land. Brugeren er selv ansvarlig for at overholde lokal lovgivning.
